THE GREATEST BETRAYAL OF THE CHILDREN OF LAMOILLE COUNTY IN VERMONT'

Floyd Nease, if you were hoping that I'd dropped things. You know, exposing: 

  'THE GREATEST BETRAYAL OF THE CHILDREN OF LAMOILLE COUNTY, VERMONT'... That is, 

 'THE COVER-UP OF A PEDOPHILE CHILD PSYCHOLOGIST AT LAMOILLE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH'... 

 That's 'wishful thinking'. 

 Perhaps, as there were many months between posts, you were hoping I stopped. Dream on. Before I publish something that will lead to a breakthrough, I can spend many, many, months, or as long as necessary, doing intensive research, and talking to people. Time is not a concern; building a persuasive case that will lead journalist, and then, detectives to build an ironclad case against you perps is all that matters. That's some of what I've been doing. 

 Then, the writing process is even more intensive. There are many rewrites, edits, and more rewrites to incorporate new facts. Often, I write two separate documents just to compare them. And, I always write the whole document by hand. In fact, I gave my laptop away to concentrate on writing.  But, "it hastens the day" to when you, and "Butch" will have to swap your suits for prison garb. And, you will. 

   Before the New Year, the following investigative entities will receive a packet with the main articles I've written about the Mullin cover-up, and the suicide death of a client on 10 September 1992. Also, the correspondence between us. That is very damning for you.

The entities are: Boston Globe Spotlight team (I've known of some reporters at the Globe at different times since the 1980s), Frontline PBS, Mother Jones, ProPublica, The Center for Investigative Reporting, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Toledo Blade, and also, The Investigative Journalism Bureau (IJB) Canada, and The Toronto Star (Star Investigation), and others. Each one will be given time, and if not, I move on to the next one. And, in November, I'll be contacting them by email. 

  Floyd, make no mistake about it; you guys, are going down for all of the scandals, and cover-ups. In 2022, Sandy Albright said that "every time there was a scandal, there was a cover-up".  But, don't worry, you'll have a politician's dream; unlimited press coverage. Except this time they'll be interviewing you in prison, and only to ask "how could you"? 

 Every sitting Justice of the Vermont Supreme Court, and the Lamoille County Superior Court will in time receive a packet about the Mullin cover-up, and the cover-up of the suicide death of a client on 10 September 1992. In case you forgot, the client killed himself after confronting his estranged wife, and Patrick, "Pat" Gray. Pat who was a counselor at the agency, and in a sexual relationship with the wife. 

  The agency has had suicide cases before the courts for three decades in a row since 1992. And, each time the agency stood before a court, it has had a presumption that they acted appropriately in those cases. That will end when the justices, and every State's Attorney reads about the cover-up of the suicide death on Thursday 10 September 1992. " But, I digress", as you like to say. 

  You, and"Butch" deliberately did not report your in-house pedophile, William "Bill' Mullin, to the police. You deliberately did not report your pedophile to the Department for Children and Families.

In both cases it was to hide his crimes against the children at the clinic.

And, while you guys worked out a deal that would guarantee that Mullin would leave Vermont free, and undetected by the police, he was free to prowl the streets of Lamoille County looking for fresh meat. New victims. You guys didn't give a damn about the children. Saving your jobs was all you guys cared about.

  Floyd, I will rip the mask off of 'Mr. Integrity', and show the world the Perp underneath. You know it will happen. A 'perp walk' is in your near future. Maybe the police will be nice, and let you wear a balaclava to hide your face.

Many people who think you're a swell guy post this about Trump's supporters: "IF YOU PROTECT A PEDOPHILE, THEN YOU ARE A PEDOPHILE". I'm sure you'd agree when it's said about Trump. But, Floyd, you, and "Butch" gave William "Bill" Mullin the man who sexually violated children in his office, at your clinic, six months pay to go away. And, he was given a "glowing" letter of reference that was intended to help him get a job soon. And, you guys knew that he intended on applying for the vacant position of child psychologist at the Naval Submarine base in New London, CT. What a way to support the men, and women in uniform; send them your pedophile to molest their children, and give them PTSD. 

With Mullin, you guys set the Gold standard for protecting a pedophile. You two were the PRAETORIAN GUARD of your pedophile. The "ugly truth" will emerge. 

How much did you guys pay Mullin to go molest children in other states? For instance, the minimum starting pay for a teacher in Vermont in 1990 was some $18,000 according to the "National Center for Education Statistics (NCES)". And, according to the "American Psychological Association (APA) and the BLS", the average salary for a clinical psychologist in 1990 was some $40,000. Now, given that it would be lower in Vermont, and probably lower at Lamoille County Mental Health, let's say Mullin made between $30,000 - $35,000. You guys paid Mullin six months pay, some $15,000 to $17,500, or more to go molest, rape, bugger, or sodomize children, whatever his personal preference, wherever he went outside of Vermont. 

  One can only wonder if Mullin was like some of the twisted perps at The Church of the Nazarene. You grew up in that church. 

  David Arnold, was a youth pastor at the Arden Church of the Nazarene  in Sacramento. The Church of the Nazarene knew about him, but, like you, and "Butch' they didn't report him to the police, nor warn parents. And, like you, and "Butch" they fired him... and left him free to abuse elsewhere. David Arnold is  unique because he liked to "hog tie", and gag his victims, while pleasuring himself. And, Floyd, after the first victim came forward the flood gates opened. And, it is still not over. Some of Mullin's victims will come forward.

   Point Loma Nazarene University.

    

  Case 1. "Point Loma Nazarene University sued for placing child molester with family". Steven Conrad Thomas "had been convicted of felony child molestation in 1978". His goal was"to be a youth minister". And, he told University officials of his conviction a number of times. Yet, "he was welcomed to train". Sure, why not help a pedophile get a job to work with kids. That's what they did, and why they were sued. 

Then, they placed him in the home of a pastor at the local Nazarene Church, and they didn't bother to tell "the pastor, or his wife" that Conrad was a pedophile. The pastor had two small children. Guess what happened to them? See: cbs8.com 21 Feb 2011. He was arrested again in 2018. Criminal negligence, and reckless endangerment are what comes to mind. 

   Point Loma Nazarene University 

 Case 2. 2018. John W. Wright, a former professor at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, and a former senior pastor at the Mid-City Church of the Nazarene was arrested for abuse. He later told his woman victim that he tried to heal her PTSD from prior abuse by having sex with her.   Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego has a reputation related to pedophiles! "If you dig what I mean".

  Bradley Earl Reger, is/was the most prolific pedophile in all of the cases of the Church of the Nazarene. He faced civil lawsuits for "sex trafficking, conspiracy, and assault  based on the alleged sexual abuse of hundreds" of children. While with the Church of the Nazarene, he trafficked children from Poland, the Philippines, and Ukraine on trips allegedly doing good deeds. Many of the boys were abused on international “Work and Witness” trips affiliated with the Susanville Church of the Nazarene. The Susanville church, like Point Loma Nazarene university has a reputation in regard to pedophiles. 

 He visited some 235 countries between 2004 - 2023, and abused hundreds of children. You made a comment in your post last year that “no one has responded because no one finds” my “allegations credible”. Long before Reger was arrested, the "Susanville Police Department had eyed Reger in 2003, 2006, and 2007 based on multiple independent allegations of sexual abuse leveled by a dozen boys". Nothing was done about it, until Zack Winfrey came forward in 2018. He said that he personally knew 100 victims, and there were many more". And, after he spoke out, the floodgates opened, and many victims have come forward.

So, Mr. Perp, know this, it will only take one of Mullin's victims to speak out, and the floodgates will open! 

 The Church of the Nazarene has a distinction. Bradley Earl Reger may be one, if not the most prolific, serial, pedophiles in America in the last 100 years. You were raised in the Church of the Nazarene. So, here's my question for you, Floyd, ARE YOU A PEDOPHILE? 

 There's a legitimate reason to ask you this question. David Arnold, Steven Conrad Thomas, John W. Wright, Bradley Earl Reger, all of the Church of the Nazarene (there are more), and William"Bill" Mullin at Lamoille County Mental Health are all pedophiles. And, as pedophiles do, they sought, and got jobs that would give them access to children. And, since shortly after you moved to Vermont, you have had jobs in which you have worked with children. 

  And, when you discovered that Mullin was a pedophile, you, and "Butch" protected him from the police, and gave him six months pay in cash to leave Vermont, and go molest, rape, bugger, or sodomize children in other states. You knew he was a pedophile, so you knew, he would go after children. Only, a sick, and demented person would do that. A sociopath. "Butch" too. And, Edward B. French, of Stackpole & French law firm in Stowe, Vermont, is knee deep in complicity. None of his conversations with you perps in this matter, or the cover-up of the suicide death of a client on Thursday 10 Sept 1992 are protected by "Attorney- Client privilege" because they involved criminal conspiracies, and he was a part of them. 

The people of Lamoille County, and Vermont will know what you guys did, and they will not be too forgiving! The shielding from the police, the payoff, bribe, or hush money that you guys paid Mullin will "shock the conscience" of the nation. 

 Every clinician, and Director at the agency - Lamoille County Mental Health, had a supreme responsibility to protect children so that they could grow into  adulthood physically, and emotionally healthy, and unmolested. They all kept their mouths wired shut. That includes Eleanor Morrissey, of Hyde Park, Vermont, and Gail Mears of Vermont. They trained me. The people of Lamoille County, and Vermont will not be too forgiving.  

 Now, this is what I've been doing. In my Substack post of 18 June 2025, "Cover-up of A Pedophile- Floyd Nease', I wrote that "there are preliminary investigations into the Laraway House in Johnson, Vermont". However, that did not begin until November 2025. And, it has been ongoing since then. 

 In October 2025, I met with a good friend, David, in Kuala Lumpur. He's the son of a dear friend, a Marine buddy I met at Staging Battalion, at Camp Pendleton in December 1968. David, like his dad, has one of the best detective minds I've ever known, and is handling what he calls the "Laraway Project". He believes that there's a 50-50 chance that either you, or "Butch" may be a pedophile. His logic is simple, "How many people would cover-up for a pedophile", let alone "give them hush money"? Any normal person "would call the police right away".  

 He feels that one possibility "that can't be ruled out", is that Mullin may have had "some dirt on" either you, or "Butch", or both. But, that's an unnecessary diversion, at this point.

 However, he's certain that there's an excellent chance, 75% to 80%, that a pedophile may have worked at the Laraway" during your tenure". He includes you in that calculation. And, he says that there's "at least a 90% - 95% chance one, or more perps" - have worked at the Laraway from Day 1 to now. After all, you guys hired Mullin because you, and "Butch" were felt that he would be an asset to the agency. And, look at all of the news reports of places in Morrisville, and Lamoille County that have had a pedophile problem.

 But, here's something that had escaped me. David pointed out that one certain consequence of you, and "Butch" helping Mullin get out of Vermont without the police knowing is that you all but guaranteed that more pedophiles would move to Vermont, and probably Lamoille County, in particular. In all of the calculations that you, and "Butch" made, it probably never occurred to you that by helping Mullin leave Vermont, it would boomerang!  And, Big Time. 

Steven James, a convicted pedophile, said this about pedophiles: “after they have served their time, Vermont is the BEST STATE TO LIVE IN” (emphasis mine). See: Quora.com circa: 2022-2023. PSST:

 For instance, in 2014 Lamoille County had an increase of 300% of reports of sexual abuse. Reports from every other county in Vermont were in the double digits...say 10% to 20% + percent. Can you explain that, Mr. Perp? How is it that Lamoille County had an increase in , reports of sexual abuse that is more than every other county combined? 300% !!

 David pointed out that Mullin would "tell every pedo friend, and acquaintance

 he made about you guys", and the agency. They network. He'd brag about the "Golden parachute" (his term) you guys gave him to leave Vermont. Six (6) months cash, or at least $15,000 - $17,500+ . Why wouldn't some of those pedophiles move to Vermont? In the pedophiles mind, You, and William "Butch" Alexander, the former Executive Director at the agency made Lamoille County a safe haven for pedos. 

 He's already had extended talks with five (5) individuals, now men, who were there when you were, and after. And, and he's seven (7) other names. He never asks if they were molested by you, or anyone while at the Laraway. He takes months to build a relationship, and it's always the people who open up to him. Once, it was a nurse who knew him as a security guard (his cover).  Over months of coffee, she opened up. One man was a bus driver,  others were a teacher, waitress, and more.

He's got decades of experience, and he will find out. Even if he only meets four, or less a year, time is on our side. And, as Larry Bird used to tell his opponents, "there's nothing that you can do about it". He's already seen you...just to put your face to your name. 

Let my tell you what I've been doing this past year while he's working on the 'Laraway Project'. In October 2025 I've concentrated on four (4) areas, and I'll tell you two of them. 

 One is The Church of the Nazarene in America. You were raised in it. I've read the history of it since its beginning in 1895. By February 2027, I'll be a walking, talking, encyclopedia of knowledge of the church in America. The past, and present leaders, organisational structure, core beliefs, finances, accounts by people who left the Church, and especially the history of sexual abuse of children. There was abuse at the Bethany First Church of the Nazarene, in Oklahoma. You may know of someone who worked there in the past, perhaps a relative. 

In Ireland, I learned the term "punch(es) above their weight". The Irish "punch above their weight" in Nobel Prizes for Literature. Yeats, Shaw, Beckett, and Heaney. James Joyce deserved one. The Irish also "punch above their weight" in theatre, film, and music. 

The Church of the Nazarene has some 300,000 - 350,000 members in the U.S. Some call it a "sect", others a "cult". But, they seem to "punch above their weight" in relation to sexual abuse scandals of children. In every case I've read, it was covered-up. The ones named above are only a sample. Over time, guidelines were issued, and as more scandals came out, the Church declared it has Zero Tolerance in these matters. They're not the only entity to do so. 

 But, it's a fact that entities that declare a

policy of Zero Tolerance have had a long-standing problem in this regard. If they did not, then they'd be no need to state it. It's an admission. 

Topic two. In October 2025, I began to research, download, and categorize every news article in the print media, radio, TV, and social media in which you, "Butch" or Ed French are quoted, referenced, or authored. I've over 80 from one source alone on you, and 103 in  total.  I look for words, phrases, comments that you have made on a number of topics.

Lawmakers hear health study critics

  Floyd, I find it odd that you promoted yourself as an "alleged" advocate for children and families, yet I have not come across anything by you, speech, talk, interview, post, or article where you address child trafficking in Vermont, or in general, nor of the dangers that pedophiles pose to children. 

 And, Floyd, I saw you anti-Asian, and in particular, your anti-Chinese racism on full display in the spring of 1994. That was when you asked the office staff at reception if they wanted to order Chinese food at the Chinese restaurant a few blocks away. Then, you went "ching chong. Ching chong", and burst out laughing. When you saw me approaching, your demeanor changed abruptly. Three times you insisted "It's not racist". The last time I asked you if it isn't, then would you feel comfortable going to the restaurant, and ordering food that way. You didn't respond. You stormed back to your office.

 Essentially, you're no different than a lot of other perps who project an image of being an upright person, when inside you are the opposite. You protected a pedophile from the police, and you guys, you perps will go down for it. If you do not turn yourself in to police, and tell them the truth, what do you think will happen to you guys on the Judgement Day. Think about that.
